At times , servers of your Bank Account send late confirmation due to Security Checks or tech issues at their end. Unfortunately , we have to wait for their confirmation before showing your order as a success.
If order is in rejected status then System has Already Generated the Refund Request and your money will be transferred back to your bank account / payment source.
Refund timelines depend on your Payment Source. Usually its 5-7 working days (excluding Bank Holidays or Public Holidays). Very rarely, few of the banks take more than that.
The order was delivered after more than an hour of placing order.
I had to call outlet 3 times without any conclusive response.
There were glitches in app as the order showed as picked up and after waiting for 10 minutes, when called to outlet and reminding them of time, again notification popped up of order getting picked up.
The explanation given by store team that on Fridays due to BOGO, it gets delayed, while the app showed 30 minutes delivery time while placing order.
This is really unprofessional behaviour and conduct.
The food was great though I could not completely enjoy due to limited available time on a working day and the kind of behaviour by the store.
