No proper real time Location for delivery partner

The pizza was cold as ice! And took a lot of time to deliver.
The driver met with an accident it seems, pls check on him if he is ok.

In this order, Pizza quality is not good and also not a hot.
One more thing, I already told you, keeped extra ketchup and chilli powder but I didn't get extra.
Secondary you can not provide any tissue paper with pizza, what is this your service?
