Call receiver in the outlet was very rude...he disconnected the call without proper justification.....pick up was shown in the app at 9.36 p.m. but when i called at outltlet at9.52 p.m.,the receiver was saying it will take another half an hour for order. When i asked in app order is saying pick up ready, he casually said app automatically shows this, when asked for delivery or pick up he banged the phone rudely saying in 10 min it will b ready. When visited the outlet at 10.06 p.m., he asked to wait and after 15 min he has given the order.... very bad experience
