I recently received a pizza delivery, and unfortunately, the food was not properly packed—the stuffing had spilled out, possibly due to careless handling during delivery. The two delivery persons (a boy and a girl) arrived together, and I found it difficult to understand them. Also, they were not wearing any uniform or dress code, which made it hard to identify them as official delivery staff.

Order was delivered by PORTER app. It came cold as it was not came in that particular thermal box which was used by original la Pinoz delivery boy. And moreover, porter delivery man asked for money saying that la Pinoz had not paid him for the order. Very bad experience.
