At times , servers of your Bank Account send late confirmation due to Security Checks or tech issues at their end. Unfortunately , we have to wait for their confirmation before showing your order as a success.
If order is in rejected status then System has Already Generated the Refund Request and your money will be transferred back to your bank account / payment source.
Refund timelines depend on your Payment Source. Usually its 5-7 working days (excluding Bank Holidays or Public Holidays). Very rarely, few of the banks take more than that.

It seems that the outlet manager or the responsible person is not updating the order status properly when an order is placed through the La Pino’z app. My order was marked as dispatched within just 7 minutes of placing it and has remained in dispatched status for over 30 minutes. When I asked the rider if he was stuck in traffic, he said no. Instead, he mentioned that the outlet might have marked the order as dispatched under my name even though I had not yet received it.
This causes confusion and poor tracking of orders. Please look into this issue and ensure proper handling of order status updates.
