The delivery was very late because of which the pizza had gone cold. When I spoke to the delivery partner, he said that there were 2 deliveries to be completed due to which it got late. Not very happy with the delivery process.

When the delivery guy came he said I should call lapinoz for bigger size orders because without a bag it's hard to deliver orders intact. How a customer know that this kind of issues are there with la pinoz delivery he seems upset when delivering order and called us to receive order on ground floor instead delivering it on first floor it's not completely his fault you guys should take care of these things because we don't about your issues if you can't deliver big size then remove it from app it's a very bad experience for me most probably I won't choose lapinoz again.

The current location was not taken properly by the app. Delivery boy number was invalid in the app. It was showing only 9 digits. My order was more than 399 but I was not able to apply coupan.
But I really want Indian companies to grow more. Please improve the above mentioned points
