Ordered at 8.36 pm, got delivered at 10.06 pm that is after 1&1/2 hours. Got frustrated as outlet told at 9.25 that order is being dispatched, but app was not showing. Again I rang from 9.40 onwards but hewas not picking the phone. Very shrewd guy at outlet. Very very frustrating experience.

Firstly, the delivery guy refused to deliver stating the location is far when the actual address was clearly mentioned while ordering the item. And secondly he purposely delivered the pizza later which resulted in cold pizza received at the time of delivery.
