At times , servers of your Bank Account send late confirmation due to Security Checks or tech issues at their end. Unfortunately , we have to wait for their confirmation before showing your order as a success.
If order is in rejected status then System has Already Generated the Refund Request and your money will be transferred back to your bank account / payment source.
Refund timelines depend on your Payment Source. Usually its 5-7 working days (excluding Bank Holidays or Public Holidays). Very rarely, few of the banks take more than that.

I ordered from La Pino'z Pizza on 9th August at 10:00 PM. The app showed a 30-minute delivery time, but I actually received my order in around 40–45 minutes. The delivery status was updated only the next day, which delayed my ability to give feedback.
I also tried calling the outlet multiple times to request extra chilli flakes and oregano, but no one answered my calls. This was disappointing because it’s important for customers to be able to make such requests.
Please improve delivery time accuracy, update order status promptly, and ensure outlet staff respond to customer calls.
