It was a very bad experience at Borivali Thakur Village Outlet today. I placed the order at 9:16 PM, the order was prepared by 9:32 PM but was not dispatched till 10:00 PM.
I tried reaching the Outlet multiple times but the Outlet did not answer my single call.
This made me personally visit the Outlet (around 10:20 PM), where I came to know that the order was not prepared at all. The store manager tried justifying the delay due to large number of orders and then started apologizing for this complete hassle. Finally, I picked my order from the store at 10:39 PM.
Complete mismanagement from the Outlet.
Really disappointed with the service.
