The delivery person couldn't find the location for more than 15min and was asking for delivery charges of Rs 92, even though paid for grand total using UPI

The delivery was way too long than anything. When I received the food, it was not hot. The base (bread) has become too hard. Please work on the delivery part because if delivery is quick, then I personally believe hot fresh food always tastes good. I don't want food to taste bad only because of the late delivery. Also, what I felt about the app is, it should not have a multi layer interface. Once I choose, let's say, veg pizza, it should only show me the veg pizza, it should not take me to another page of the same component.
