I want to share some genuine feedback that I hope helps improve the overall customer experience. The pizza quality is good, and I appreciate the effort put into the food itself. However, there are a few basic delivery standards that need attention.
Each pizza should come with at least 4 sachets of oregano, 4 sachets of chilli flakes, 2 sachets of sauce, and 4 tissue papers. These are standard for most reputable pizza outlets, and being stingy with them makes the experience feel incomplete. It would also help if each box had the pizza name tagged on it so customers can easily identify which pizza is in which box.
Another important point is the delivery presentation. The delivery staff should ideally wear proper branded uniforms. Right now, most of them arrive in very shabby personal clothes, which doesn’t reflect well on the brand.
