Had a disappointing experience with my recent Lapinoz Pizza order in Rajkot. The app status only updated from 'prepared' to 'delivery direct' very late, and I couldn't track my full order. What was usually a 40-minute delivery turned into over an hour, a delay of more than 20 minutes. Hoping for better service and tracking next time!"
