At times , servers of your Bank Account send late confirmation due to Security Checks or tech issues at their end. Unfortunately , we have to wait for their confirmation before showing your order as a success.
If order is in rejected status then System has Already Generated the Refund Request and your money will be transferred back to your bank account / payment source.
Refund timelines depend on your Payment Source. Usually its 5-7 working days (excluding Bank Holidays or Public Holidays). Very rarely, few of the banks take more than that.

I requested for oregano. I didn’t see it so I asked the delivery person about it. He told me that it’s inside the box. There was nothing in it. The other person delivered it AND also delivered a msg from store manager that we don’t give oregano with sides.
I am a regular customer and I know what’s done when and that’s why I requested something.
Guys- pls read the instruction and don’t blame your regular customer for your misses, please. We respect you. In return we expect respect.
